In a UN General Assembly speech, French President Macron presents a Franco-Saudi outline for a two state solution to end of the Hamas-Israel conflict. His speech was directly tied to a July 29, 2025 New York Declaration for Palestinian statehood, and a September 12 General Assembly Resolution voting in favor142-10, with 12 abstentions.
