A writer, photographer, and prolific musical composer, Tal, born in Pniewy, Poland in 1910, emigrates to Eretz Yisrael in 1934. Tal plays the Harp with the famed Palestine Orchestra. He composes 7 operas and countless other pieces of music in his lifetime in both German and Hebrew, and is additionally known as an early pioneer of electronic music. His artistic achievements and awards are numerous including receipt of the Israel prize.
