Born in Poland in 1909, Moshe (Kleinbaum) Sneh is schooled as a medical doctor in Warsaw in 1935. After making aliyah in 1940, he becomes active in the Haganah. He leaves the Mapai Party in 1954 and joins the Israel Communist Party; he is publicly anti-Zionist while serving as a Member of the Knesset until 1972.
