Born and raised on Kibbutz Mishmarot, Hanoch, who begins writing and performing songs at the age of 14, gets his start in the Israeli public arena while playing in the Israeli army Band during his military service. Hanoch, a poetic lyricist and long time collaborator with Israeli rock & roll greats, Arik Einstein and Meir Ariel, releases 17 full length studio albums, playing around the world, including a two year stint in London. He is likewise a founding member of the first major Israeli rock group, “Tamuz.”
