Gal Fridman, 1975-

Fridman was the first Israeli to win an Olympic gold medal, which he earned in windsurfing in Athens in 2004 after taking the bronze in Atlanta in 1996. He also was the first Israeli to win multiple Olympic medals and won the world championship in 2002. He retired from professional windsurfing in 2008 and moved into coaching. He ran a standup paddleboard company, then moved into photography and drones.
