In this activity, updated for the September election, learners will engage in research and role play to learn about the major parties running in the second 2019 Israeli election; uncover elements of each party’s domestic and foreign policy agendas; and understand how and why compromises are made in creating alliances between different parties. The activity is designed for middle school through adults.
Included in the activity are brief biographies of the party leaders for those parties expected to be at or near the electoral threshold of 3.25%.
