In testimony before House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Assistant Secretary of State Harold Saunders says that the “Palestinian dimension of the Arab-Israeli Conflict is the heart of the conflict.” He does not present an American formula for solving the conflict, nor does he call for ending Palestinian terrorist attacks against Israelis.(source)
