Details about a secret summit between Secretary Kerry, PM Netanyahu, Jordan’s King Abdullah II, and Egyptian President al-Sisi are leaked by an anonymous source from the Obama administration. Kerry apparently offered Netanyahu a peace plan, which included regional recognition of Israel as a Jewish state and an Arab-state; and supported resumption of Israeli-Palestinian talks. Notably, the Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas did not participate in the discussions.
