Settled in the historic old city of Jaffa, this theater truly exemplifies the mixed Jewish and Arab-Israeli population of its neighborhood. Showcasing productions featuring Jewish and Arab actors, the theater works with the community in Jaffa to bring children and other groups from the area that would not typically attend plays and theatrical performances. Financially supported by the Israeli ministry of culture, the theater has a wide repertoire of plays, including “Of Fathers and Daughters,” “Memory” and “The Lane of White Chairs.”
