Historian and CIE board member Gil Troy responds to the false accusation that Zionism is racism, in part by using the example of Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s angry rejection of 1975’s U.N. General Assembly Resolution 3379, which made that claim. Troy also addresses the meaning of real allyship between the Jewish people and others. This video is an excerpt from a presentation Troy made to CIE’s online Enrichment Workshop on Modern Israel for educators in June 2020.
