Sattath became the executive director of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel in November 2021 after 11 years leading the Reform movement’s Israel Religious Action Center. The rabbi also served as the executive director of a leadership organization connecting Palestinian and Israeli youths through technology. Ordained in 2014, Sattah is an LGBTQ activist.
